Born Vivian Louis Bryson Gammon, 69, went home to be with the Lord January 31, 2022 after a long illness, Vivian who was called “Honey” by many was born on March 6, 1952 in Elkton Florida to John & Ethel Bryson .

Honey moved to Wyandanch, Long Island NY in 1957-58, where she was a graduate from Wyandanch highschool, she then went on to Wilson technical school in Dix Hill NY studying Information Technology . In 1975-76 Honey moved to Akron Oh, marrying the late Glenn Gammons, where she worked many jobs the latest being Summa hospital until her illness, and remained for the rest of her life here on earth.

Honey was a strong willed, she did & said exactly what she wanted, when she wanted. She enjoyed good food, drinks, yard sales and loved to read. She loved heading over to the beauty college to get a good wash and curl as well. Honey’s greatest love was for her son William “Oompa” Harris, she missed him dearly , and always bragged about her grandchildren. She will greatly be missed.

Preceded in death by John and Ethel Bryson (parents), William Chester Harris (son).

Leaves to cherish her memories, brothers, Clemmit Myhand Bryson, Ronnie Bryson, Walter Bryson, Arthur Bryson, Hiram Bryson, Anthony Bryson, Horace Bryson; sister, Charlotte Bryson; grandchildren, Tyesha Walker-Harris, Anaysia Walker-Harris, Jamesha Lawson, Dieres Brown; great-grandchildren, Corion, Corey, Karlie, LeAndrew, Noelle, London’Rae, Paris, Italiee, N’Diah, Dieres Jr, Daimier, Rylei and special god daughter, Teria Settles, host of aunts nieces, nephews, cousins & friends.
