Gregory Quenton Leath

Gregory Quenton Leath, age 68, of Alliance, passed away on June 25, 2022.

He was born on July 26, 1953, in Alliance to Wendell and Vivian (Bell) Leath. Greg served honorably in the United States Army as a marksman before beginning his employment at Conrail. After his retirement, he moved to California where he obtained an associate degree in radiology from Los Angeles City College. Greg was a member of Tabernacle Baptist Church in Alliance. Prior to his recent illness Gregory lovingly cared for his mother and father. Greg enjoyed fishing, was an avid pool player and coin collector, but most of all he loved caring for his dog, Dudley.

His beautiful smile and infectious laugh will forever be remembered by his sisters, Darlene (Michael) Carr, Angela (Donny) Williams, April Leath-Spivey and Verdell (Isaac) Jones; nephews Kevin and Charles Johnson; as well as many other nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins, and many friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; brother, Richardo; sister, Joanne; and a niece Loni.

A funeral service will be held at 12 noon on Saturday, July 9, 2022 at the Temple of Faith Church at 1221 Patterson, Alliance, Ohio. Friends may call one hour prior at the church.
