Anthony L. Carter

Anthony L. Carter, born June 9, 1955 to the late Netty Ruth and James Carter, was called home November 7, 2020.
Anthony loved spending time with his family and grandkids. He also enjoyed watching football, his favorite team was the Raiders. Some of his favorite past times included singing and traveling. Tony was well known for his hustle game! Uncle Tony will truly be missed by all who knew him.
Anthony was proceeded in death by parents Netty Ruth and James Carter; brother James Carter, Sisters, Merela Carter, Alice (Tony Kelker) Carter, Diane (Tony) Sherfield.
He leaves to cherish his memory, wife, Donna Perkins Carter of Akron, Oh; Children; Tamika, Anthony, Tremain, and Travaris Perkins, Genevus Carter and Marvin Lollar all of Akron, Oh. Brother Billy Carter and Brother/best friend Denny Carter; Grandchildren, Eric Perkins, GeCarri Carter, Genevus Carter Jr., Xavier Wilson, MyAunna Buchanan, GiaMya Carter, Jada Perkins, GeMarcei Carter, Caden Thomas, Essence William and Westyn Perkins, JeCarri Perkins and Sevyn Carter and great grandchildren, Eriona, Eric, Erion, Harmony, JasErica, Ziare, Jaire, and Yala Perkins all of Akron, Oh and a host of family and friends.
