Charlann Maxwell

Charlann Riley Maxwell was born on May 24, 1958, at General hospital, in Akron, Ohio to parents, Renzy and Joyce Riley. Charlann was a devout Jehovah Witness, a loving mother and faithful wife. She enjoyed visiting friends of the Hall, traveling and the simple pleasures of this life. Charlann had a love of her siblings, the beauty of nature and the needs of a stray cat.

Charlann was preceded in death by her father, Renzy Sr.; brothers, Degamerino, Renzy Jr.; half-brother, Vincent Burnett.

Charlann leaves to mourn her transition her children, Jamilya and Michael; husband, Gregory; mother, Joyce (Raymond) Brown; full siblings, Gloria Riley, Darlene Weber, Fabian (Telisha) Riley, Lola (Tim) McMillan; half-siblings, Courtney Burnett, Sedric McCail, Terence Burton, and Cheraki Hill and a host of relatives and friends.

The family of Charlann Maxwell truly appreciates the loving care provided by her sister, Gloria and gratefully acknowledges and thanks you for all prayers and gifts of love shown during our time of bereavement. Memorial service will be held on Saturday, February 10, 2024 at 2:00 pm at Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witness, 896 Vernon Odom Blvd. Akron, Oh 44307.
