Christopher Flowers

Christopher Flowers, 55, passed away on October 28, 2021, in Atlanta, GA. He was born January 31, 1966, in Akron, OH. He attended Akron Public Schools graduating from Garfield and The University of Akron majoring in music. He moved to Georgia over 20 years ago. He was preceded in death by parents, Sonny and Annie Flowers; brother, James Williams and brother-in-law, Floyd Fillingame. He is survived by brother, Frank Williams of Vancouver, WA; sisters, Juliette Williams and Mae Fillingame of Akron, OH and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 p.m. EST on Saturday, November 20, 2021 at the Greater St. Mark Missionary Baptist Church, in Tuskegee, AL. Live services may be viewed via the church’s Facebook page. Tentatively, a memorial service is planned in Akron at a later date.
