Jeffrey V. Brown

Jeffrey Van Brown was a caring son, brother, uncle and friend. He left this world suddenly on November 18, 2023 at the age of 54.

Jeffrey was born to Merrick and Sarah Brown on April 16, 1969 in Akron, Ohio. After finishing high school, he went to Akron University in pursuit of a degree in history which he ultimately completed at Fayetteville State University after moving to North Carolina. He spent time in Ohio, North Carolina, and Maryland brightening the lives of everyone that knew him. Jeffrey loved his family and devoted much of his time and energy as a caregiver to his mother until she passed away.

Jeffrey is preceded in death by his father, Merrick Anthony Brown who died in 2014 and his mother, Sarah Nell Brown who died in 2022. He is survived by his brother, Vincent; sister-in-law, Robyn; and nephew, Spencer.
