Jerry Hawkins Jr.

Jerry Hawkins Jr. 47, of Alliance went home to be with the Lord March 19, 2021. He was born March 6, 1974 in Alliance, Ohio to Jerry and Gaynett Hawkins Sr.

Jerry was a graduate of Alliance High School and proudly served in the US Army. He was currently employed at PTC Alliance. He loved his family and especially enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren. Jerry loved the Lord and was a faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He also enjoyed fishing, bike riding, Nascar, building and racing remote control cars.

Preceding him in death was his father Jerry Hawkins Sr., and grandparents, Elbert Hawkins Sr, Mary Gordon, and Oless and Vennie Nicholson.

Left to celebrate his life, his loving wife of 23 years, Sheretha Elaine, five children, MarQuelle Nix (Cory Walker) of Akron, OH, MarQuetta (Alton Jr) Holsey of Canton, OH, Jaszmon (Dominique) Lindsey of Akron, OH, Jerrdon Hawkins of Carrboro, NC, and Jaszlyn Hawkins of the home, mother Gaynett Hawkins, five grandchildren, Michael Jr., Gemma, Aubrey, Audrey, Paxton, and one on the way, Milo, three siblings, Monica Hawkins of Alliance, OH, Sameka Hawkins of Fayetteville, NC, and Jason Hawkins of Alliance, OH, grandmother, Vera Hawkins, and a great host of other relatives and friends.
