Mitchell H. Moss “EZ”
Mitchell H. Moss “EZ”, 69, passed away unexpectedly on February 6, 2021. He was born in Akron, Ohio and was a lifetime resident and graduate of Central Hower High School, class of 1971.
He later played cornerback for the Cleveland Lions and loved playing basketball. Known for his eclectic style that kept everyone he encountered captivated.
He is preceded in death by his father, Arthur James Moss; mother, Henrietta Elnora Moss and brother, Michael J. Moss.
He is survived by his daughter, Michelle Moss; sons, Mitchell Moss and James (Jeana) Moss; granddaughters, Darchella Woodall and Jordyn Rose Moss; grandson, Jamaree Wright; sisters, Mickey (Reginald) Wesley, Angela Humphries, Marilyn Butler, and Mary (Richard) Kirkland; best friends, Louie Berrodin and Donald Buck and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Family will receive guests on Saturday, February 20, 2021 from 1pm until 2pm at Sommerville Funeral Services, 1695 Diagonal Road, Akron, Ohio 44320. Service will be live streamed at 2 pm at www.sommervillefuneralservice.com Condolences may be sent to 150 Brittain Road, Akron, Ohio 44305.
