He is preceded in death by father, Roy J. Payne.
He leaves to cherish his memory mother, Mattie Mae Payne (Buzz) and daughter, Lanee’ Smith and grandchil- dren, Warith and Li’onna Wahid; siblings, Barbara ( Judi) Williams, Annalisa “Lisa” Anderson, Lavaughn Earl, Larry Payne and a host of other relatives and friends.
