Shirley Ann Finsley

Shirley Ann Finsley was born November 19, 1950 in Detroit, MI to Jaunita Perkins-Tolliver & Curtis Nelson. She passed peacefully on October 2, 2019 in Akron, OH.

Shirley graduated from North High School, continued her education at the University of Akron, earning two degrees. She lived the past 2 years in retirement, following a 10 year career with Handcraft Cleaners. She enjoyed her favorite, four-legged friend, Sammy, watching TV, and laughs with her family and friends. She shared a wealth of knowledge, talent and strength.
Shirley was prececed in death by sister, Annette Bushner; brother, Foster Perkins-Tolliver.

She leaves on earth to remember the sunshine she brought to the world, her mother, Jaunita Perking-Tolliver; brother, Terry Johnson; sisters, Frances Perkins, Paula Perkins; sons, Lorenzo Finsley and Rinaldo Finsley; nephew, Lorenzo Alexander Finsley Jr.; niece, Andrea Higgins and countless loving friends and family.
