Sarah Nell Brown

Sarah Nell Brown passed away the morning of June 11, 2022, after a long struggle with Alzheimer’s disease.
She was born to Joe and Genie Thomas in the town of Clayton in Barbour County, Alabama. She married her husband, Merrick A. Brown on July 21, 1968, and together, they raised their two sons in a home that they built just outside of Twinsburg, OH in 1971. It was there where they shared wonderful memories and hosted many family reunions throughout the years. Sarah worked for the Ohio Bureau of Employment Services for nearly 30 years before retiring in 1988.
She is preceded in death by her husband, mother and father, and her siblings, Roy, Henry, R.C., Vivian, and James.
She is survived by her sons, Jeffrey and Vincent (Robyn), and grandson, Spencer.
